What is Notarization?
Before a document can be verified by the Government of Canada, it needs to be notarized or certified by a notary public.
When we notarized your document, our notary public or commissioner for oaths will sign or put a seal on a separate certificate that we will have prepared for the necessary documents.
Our notarizations and commissioner for oath services include (but are not limited to):
- Administering oaths
- Taking declarations
- Witnessing signatures
- Certifying copies for documents
At Shim Law, our legal team is certified to assist you with any document notarizations.
